Stan Lee TV is Coming – ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ and ‘Mighty 7′

Most people at 91 years old try to find ways to slow it down, if not bring it to a stop. Stan Lee however is staying very, very busy with a pair of new TV projects, one obvious and one brand new. If you’ve thought that the one thing keeping Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. from greatness is more Stan Lee, prepare for more greatness than you can handle because according to The Hollywood Reporter (via Bleeding Cool) Stan The Man will be appearing in an upcoming episode of the series in a “big role.” That implies that the part will be more substantial than the myriad of cameos that Lee has made in just about every Marvel movie so far, but then again, the show did truck in Samuel L. Jackson to yell at Coulson for a minute in the second episode. So when should you tune in to see Stan Lee on S.H.I.E.L.D.? The episode is currently scheduled to air on February 4th on ABC. In other Stan Lee TV (ish) news, we get another bit of news from The Hollywood Reporter (again, via Bleeding Cool) in the form of the first clip from the animated Mighty 7. The series will follow the adventures of alien superheroes on Earth and not only did Stan Lee create the series, he appears in it as one of the main characters. The clip below features Stan meeting the alien heroes in the middle of the dessert. Mighty 7 will debut sometime in February on The Hub and also features the voices of Armie Hammer, Christian Slater, Darren Criss, Flea, Jim Belushi, Michael Ironside, Mayim Bialik, Sean Austin and Teri Hatcher.
